Delivery information

We accept orders 7 days per week but only ship product on Tuesdays (for Wednesday delivery) and Thursdays (for Friday delivery).  Orders received after 10am on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday and orders received after 10am on Mondays will not be dispatched until the following Thursday.  If you have an urgent delivery request please contact us 01798 343245 or email us on sales@southdownsvenion.co.uk. We deliver using an overnight signed for courier service from APC which means unless you are there to sign for your order it will not be left unless you instruct us to leave your order in a safe place.  Sadly we cannot arrange deliveries on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday. All our products are delivered in insulated boxes to ensure freshness is kept for the 24 hours to cover the delivery period.
