Pheasant

Our pheasant have a distinct mild gamey flavour, we hang our pheasant for 3-5 days to ensure the pheasant has enough flavour but doesn’t become too strong. Pheasant is a lean meat that is rich in iron, selinium and protein but low in fat. It is versatile meat and is a delicious and inexpensive alternative to chicken.
