We accept orders 7 days per week but only ship products out on a Wednesday (for Thursday delivery). Orders received after 7am on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Wednesday. However, if you have an urgent delivery request please contact us on 01798 343245 or email us on sales@southdownsvenison.co.uk. We deliver using an overnight signed for courier service, which means unless you are there to sign for your order it will not be left unless you instruct us to leave your order in a safe place. Sadly we cannot arrange deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday. All our products are delivered in insulated boxes to ensure freshness is kept for up to 48 hours.
