We are often asked what accompaniments go well with our wild meat products. After a year of searching, sampling and tasting we are delighted to be able to offer a range of complementary products.
The selection criteria were simple: the accompanying rubs, relishes or stocks had to partner the meat well but, equally importantly, had to be produced by suppliers who matched our own ethos for sustainability and quality. We think we have succeeded – we hope you agree!
